I actually live in Lee's Summit...just work in Platte County. Actually, our Director is Donna Layton, who used to do Leadership training at Ft. Leavenworth. I don't remember exactly what her position was, but you should definitely come visit us and get to know Donna. I heard our new head of the NWS say what an emphasis he's putting on Leadership training, and he used to manage the AWA and also the Global Weather Central division at Offut. So, you've got the right background!
Regardless of job possibilities, I'm sure it would be great to meet you in person. Perhaps we can schedule a lunch sometime and invite Donna along. Perhaps we can even come over there...I'm sure Donna keeps in touch and I've been trying to get the time to visit Ft. Leavenworth.
