- About Me:
- I received an MS in Instructional Design & Technology from Emporia State University in 2000 and BAs in Psychology, Sociology, and Philosophy from the University Missouri Kansas City. I worked as an educational consultant for Sprint and IBM for approx. 7 years. During that time, I developed training materials which impacted over 70K employees; created leadership programs used enterprise wide, and served as a newsletter editor for KC ASTD. I am certified in Info. Mapping and Lean Sigma. I am currently employed as a Distance Learning Developer for the National Weather Service. In addition, I serve as a faculty member for Emporia State University's IDT department.
